Cirque Musica will perform its new program “Crescendo” Sunday, Feb. 3, at Peabody Auditorium in Daytona Beach.

Cirque Musica will perform its new program, “Crescendo,” with the Jacksonville Symphony at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, at 600 Auditorium Blvd., Daytona Beach.

“Crescendo” features spectacular international cirque artists performing a theatrical production in artistic union with the symphony. The thrills and majesty will be performed to a variety of popular classical music selections, including Ravel’s “Bolero,” Tchaikovsky’s “1812 Overture” and

“The Flight of the Bumblebee” from “Tsar Saltan” by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov.

Produced by TCG Entertainment, Cirque Musica has multiple productions touring the world. Cirque Musica blends the grace and thrills of the world’s greatest cirque performers with stunning symphonic music. Audiences are treated to a full sensory experience that will have them on the edge of their seats and in awe of the beauty, thrills, and majesty.

The Jacksonville Symphony is North Florida’s leading music nonprofit offering live performances at Jacoby Symphony Hall in the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts and other venues throughout the area. Also, the symphony provides music instruction for youth and operates the Jacksonville Symphony Youth Orchestras.

Deanna Tham, who will conduct Sunday's performance, is the principal conductor of the Jacksonville Symphony Youth Orchestras and is Assistant Conductor to the Jacksonville Symphony. Also, Ms. Tham is the assistant conductor of the Chicago Sinfonietta. She was previously music director of the Boise Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. She regularly performs with the Boise Philharmonic and Ballet Idaho.
